We can just spec build. Come to us with a set of plans, building regulation approval and a sepcification and we can build to that.

We can deal with the pre-planning conditions set by planning departments such as arranging aboricultural surveys, bat and other animal issue surveys.

All of our sub contracters are vetted and approved by the relevant trade bodies such as NICEIC and Corgi. Only qualified personnel are used.
