About Us
Network Building & Development was set up in August 2001 by its owner and director Mr Jason Hacker.
The Company became limited in August 2002
Projects first started in Ringwood and soon expanded to other parts of Dorset and Hampshire including Southampton, Bournemouth and Poole.
We successfully completed four properties in our first year of trading.
Since then, many new homes have been built with many satisfied customers living in them.
NHBC Registered
We became NHBC (The National House Building Council) registered in 2002.
The NHBC work with the housebuilder to raise the standards of new homes and they provide customer protection to new home buyers.
All our houses are registered with the NHBC which means that they all benefit from a 10 year warranty and insurance.
